Booking & Cancellation Terms

This page contains the terms that apply to bookings made through EA Shuttle Çeşme and the required legal information. By making a booking you accept these terms.

1. Service provider

  • Address: Musalla Mahallesi 1107 Sokak No:45/1A Çeşme / İZMİR
  • Phone / WhatsApp: 0538 236 80 37
  • Email: [email protected]

2. Scope of the service

We provide pre-booked passenger transport with fixed stops and fixed departure times on the routes announced on this website. Stops, times and prices are published on each route page; the details you select when booking apply.

3. Booking and voucher

  • Bookings are made through the form on this website or by phone. When the booking is completed your voucher code is shown on screen and sent to the email address you entered.
  • Passenger details (full name, phone, Turkish ID or passport number) must be complete and correct. Passenger details are recorded in passenger transport and presented to the authorities when required; passengers who give incomplete or incorrect details may not be accepted on board.
  • On the day of travel, show your voucher (a screenshot or printout) to our staff; you may be asked to show your ID or passport.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are in euros (€) per person and are the same at all stops of a route. The price shown when booking is the total you pay; no additional fees are charged.
  • Turkish lira amounts shown on the website are for information only; the exact amount and the applicable exchange rate are announced at the time of payment.
  • Payment is currently made on board on the day of travel. When online payment is activated, payment, invoice and refund terms will be updated on this page.
  • Children and infants who use a seat pay the full fare; children and infants who do not use a seat travel free. The number of children and infants without a seat must be stated when booking.

5. Changes and cancellations

  • Change and cancellation requests are made by calling or messaging 0538 236 80 37 (phone or WhatsApp) with your booking code.
  • Cancellations and date or time changes made at least 24 hours before departure are free of charge (subject to availability for changes).
  • If you cancel later or do not show up, the booking is considered used. Because payment is made on board on the day of travel, no fee is charged in this case; however, after repeated no-shows we may ask for prepayment on new bookings or decline them.
  • When online payment is activated, refund terms for prepaid bookings will be stated in this section.
  • The booking relates to a passenger transport service to be performed on a specific date and time. Under the applicable legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to passenger transport services; your cancellation and change rights are exercised under the terms above.

6. Departure, waiting and delays

  • The vehicle arrives at the announced stops at the stated times and departs at the departure time. Please be at your stop 10–15 minutes before departure.
  • The vehicle may not be able to wait for passengers who are not at the stop on time; in that case the booking is considered used.
  • Departure and arrival times may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions or accidents; the announced arrival time is indicative. In case of delay you can get information at 0538 236 80 37.
  • For connecting services such as ferries and flights, it is the passenger's responsibility to compare their own check-in time with the arrival time of the shuttle and to allow enough time for the journey.

7. Luggage, children and special requests

  • Each passenger may carry a reasonable amount of personal luggage. For extra or unusual luggage (large and heavy items, sports equipment, etc.), baby strollers, pets, passengers with disabilities and other special requests, please call us before booking; not every item can be carried because of vehicle capacity.

8. Passenger obligations

  • Passengers must carry a valid ID or passport and follow the staff's instructions and safety rules (such as wearing a seat belt) on board.
  • People who endanger the safety or comfort of other passengers, who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who carry prohibited items may not be accepted on board. Damage to the vehicle may be claimed from the passenger.

9. Cancellation and changes by us

  • A trip may be cancelled or changed because of bad weather or road conditions, vehicle breakdown, an official decision or force majeure. In that case the passenger is informed by phone or email and is offered another date or time, or the booking is cancelled free of charge. If payment has been made, the full amount is refunded.

10. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy notice (KVKK). ID and passport numbers are stored encrypted.
